This single-story home offers a spacious 2,984 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 22 guests — a terrific property for those with larger groups.

After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the main great room with an open floor plan, that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen areas.

Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings including a large sectional couch and Smart TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island with seating for three. Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook!

Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for six guests.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King bed, Smart TV and private access to the backyard. The en suite bathroom offers large tiled shower.

Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV

Bedroom 3 – King size bed, Smart TV

Bedroom 4 – 3 Full size beds, access to outdoor spaces. The en suite bathroom features double sink and shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a shower.
 

Casita

The casita offers a cozy living space. The main living area has a fully size sofa-sleeper and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances. The bedroom area offers a king bed and a Smart TV, while the bathroom features dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.

Separate Game House

This space offers a great space for enjoying a game or two. It offers a queen size sleeper sofa, Smart TV, a foosball table and a separate “bunk room” with a full-over-full bunk beds. This space also offers split A/C for your comfort.

Outdoor spaces

This home offers the very best outdoor spaces and amenities. You’ll enjoy a private heated pool and an above ground hot tub. You’ll love all the outdoor gaming options including a putting green, large chess board and private courts for pickle ball/basketball and a sand volleyball court. There are also several seating areas, including an outdoor dining space with a propane BBQ grill.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $100 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
